Abstract
Game edukasi mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang memungkinkan peserta didik belajar sambil bermain, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan adventure game “Eco Guardians” pada materi pemanasan global dan menguji kelayakannya sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Data hasil penelitian didapat dari analisis kebutuhan, hasil angket uji kelayakan ahli materi, media pembelajaran dan perangkat lunak, angket respon guru fisika dan peserta didik, serta skor pretest-posttest peserta didik. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan 91,8% peserta didik menyatakan lebih tertarik pembelajaran menggunakan elemen permainan. Analisis data validasi ahli materi mendapatkan presentase sebesar 93,06%, ahli media pembelajaran 97,75%, ahli perangkat lunak sebesar 96,43%, respon guru fisika sebesar 94,05%, respon peserta didik pada skala terbatas 92,245, respon peserta didik pada skala besar 93,87%. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa adventure game “Eco Guardians” yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran terkait pemanasan global.*****Educational games can create a learning atmosphere that allows students to learn while playing, so as to increase the interest and motivation of students. This research aims to produce an adventure game “Eco Guardians” on global warming material and test its feasibility as a supporting media for physics learning. This research was conducted using the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data obtained from the needs analysis, the results of the feasibility test questionnaire for material experts, learning media and software, physics teacher and student response questionnaires, and student pretest-posttest scores. The results of the needs analysis showed 91.8% of students expressed more interest in learning using game elements. Data analysis of material expert validation got a percentage of 93.06%, learning media experts 97.75%, software experts 96.43%, physics teacher response 94.05%, student response on a limited scale 92.245, student response on a large scale 93.87. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the adventure game “Eco Guardians” developed is feasible to use as a learning support media related to global warming.
