Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi ekspektasi pendapatan dalam pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMKN 45 Jakarta dengan jumlah populasi terjangkau sebanyak 180 siswa. Dalam proses pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan metode proportional sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 124 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Ekspektasi Pendapatan, dan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan yang baik dapat mempengaruhi ekspektasi pendapatan seseorang ketika berwirausaha, (2) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha, yang mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk berwirausaha, (3) Ekspektasi Pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha, yang berarti semakin tinggi ekspektasi pendapatan seseorang, semakin besar keinginan mereka untuk berwirausaha, dan (4) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha dengan Ekspektasi Pendapatan sebagai media. Kata kunci: Ekspektasi Pendapatan, Intensi Berwirausaha, Pendidikan kewirausahaan *****This study aims to analyze the mediating role of income expectations in the influence of entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey design. The population of this study is 11th-grade students of SMKN 45 Jakarta, with an accessible population of 180 students. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling, resulting in a sample of 124 students. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on Income Expectations, suggesting that good entrepreneurship education can influence one's income expectations when engaging in entrepreneurship, (2) Entrepreneurship Education does not have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions, indicating that although entrepreneurship education can enhance the necessary knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship, (3) Income Expectations have a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions, meaning the higher one's income expectations, the greater their desire to engage in entrepreneurship, and (4) Entrepreneurship Education positively affects Entrepreneurial Intentions with Income Expectations as a mediation.
