Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan konseling kelompok Cognitive Behavioral Therapy dengan teknik Cognitive Restructuring terhadap hardiness pada korban bullying di SMAN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan equivalent control group prettest-posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan korban bullying sejumlah 12 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling karena jumlah sampel berdasarkan kriteria korban bullying yang memiliki hardiness rendah. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 instrumen pertama, OBVQ (Brazilian Portuguese version of the Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire) yang berjumalah 23 item pernyataan dan kedua, SHS (Short Hardiness Scale) yang berjumlah 15 item pernyataan keduanya sudah diuji validitas dan reabilitas. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji One -Way ANOVA . Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa dari ketiga kriteria hardiness untuk korban bullying diketahui pada kriteria Control (CO) memperoleh skor yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Commitmen (CM) dan Challenge (CH). Penerapan konseling kelompok CBT dengan teknik restrukturisasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hardiness yang rendah pada kriteria (CO). Setelah sesi diberikan kepada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai mean antara pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen pada kriteria Control (CO) mengalami peningkatan signifikan sebesar 9 diikuti dengan Commitmen (CM) sebesar 8,8, dan terakhir kriteria Challenge (CH) dengan peningkatan skor 1.8. Adapun hasil hipotesis yang diperoleh adalah Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 > 0.05 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan secara nyata pada kelompok eksperimen sehingga terdapat pengaruh penerapan konseling kelompok Cognitive Behavioral Therapy dengan teknik Cognitive Restructuring terhadap Hardiness pada korban bullying di SMAN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group counseling with Cognitive Restructuring techniques on hardiness in bullying victims at SMAN 3 Tangerang Regency. This study is a quasi-experimental study with an equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was 12 bullying victims. The sample was taken using purposive sampling because the number of samples was based on the criteria of bullying victims who had low hardiness. Data collection in this study used 2 instruments, the first is OBVQ (Brazilian Portuguese version of the Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire) which consists of 23 statement items and the second is SHS (Short Hardiness Scale) which consists of 15 statement items, both of which have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study used the One-Way ANOVA test. The results of the analysis showed that of the three hardiness criteria for bullying victims, it was known that the Control (CO) criterion obtained a much higher score compared to Commitment (CM) and Challenge (CH). CBT group counseling with restructuring techniques in this study is an increase in low hardiness on the criteria (CO). After the session was given to the experimental group, the mean value between the pretest and posttest of the experimental group on the Control (CO) criteria experienced a significant increase of 9 followed by Commitment (CM) of 8.8, and finally the Challenge (CH) criteria with an increase in score of 1.8. The results of the hypothesis obtained are Sig. (2 tailed) 0.000> 0.05 which means that there is a significant difference in the experimental group so that there is an effect of the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group counseling with the Cognitive Restructuring technique on Hardiness in bullying victims at SMAN 3 Tangerang Regency.
