Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan website informasi karir untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir peserta didik SMA Negeri 45 Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode Design Based Research (DBR) dengan tahapan analisis dan eksplorasi, desain dan konstruksi, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 167 peserta didik kelas X yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen CDMSE, angket kebutuhan media, serta berbagai uji validasi dan keterbacaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang yang menunjukkan peserta didik belum sepenuhnya yakin dapat menyelesaikan tugas yang berkaitan dengan karir. Dimensi dengan rata-rata tertinggi yaitu dimensi pemilihan tujuan dan rata-rata terendah yaitu dimensi eksplorasi karir. Website "Binar Mimpi" dikembangkan untuk memberikan informasi studi lanjut, pekerjaan, serta aspek pribadi-sosial melalui tujuh menu utama. Uji validasi menunjukkan hasil uji ahli media 85%, uji materi 90%, dan uji keterbacaan 91%. Produk ini dinilai "Sangat Layak" digunakan sebagai media pendukung layanan informasi karir di sekolah. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk menguji efektivitas terhadap website ini.***** This study aims to develop a career information website to increase career decision making self efficacy of State Senior High School 45 Jakarta students. The research used the Design Based Research (DBR) method with the stages of analysis and exploration, design and construction, and evaluation and reflection. The research sample amounted to 167 class X students selected using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through CDMSE instruments, media needs questionnaires, and various validation and readability tests. The results showed that career decision making self efficacy of students was in the moderate category, which showed that students were not fully confident that they could complete career-related tasks. The dimension with the highest average is the goal selection dimension and the lowest average is the career exploration dimension. The “Binar Mimpi” website was developed to provide information on further studies, employment, and personal-social aspects through seven main menus. The validation test showed the results of 85% media expert test, 90% material test, and 91% readability test. This product is considered “Very Feasible” to be used as a supporting media for career information services in schools. Further researchers are advised to test the effectiveness of this website.
