Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar E-Modul Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi menggunakan flipbook yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Juru Gambar BIM Jenjang 3 berdasarkan SKKNI No. 3 Tahun 2023. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model pengembangan 4D yang mencakup empat tahap utama, yaitu: (1) Pendefinisian (Define), (2) Perancangan (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Development), dan (4) Penyebaran (Dissemination). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penilaian kelayakan oleh tiga ahli materi, tiga ahli media, dan pengguna. Serta pretest dan post-test untuk efektivitas dalam uji coba terbatas pengembangan e-modul. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi deskriptif kualitatif untuk data kualitatif berupa saran perbaikan para ahli dan statistika deskriptif untuk analisis data kuantitatif dari kelayakan ahli, validitas isi, dan penilaian pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul pelatihan juru gambar BIM jenjang 3 yang dikembangkan memperoleh penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi sebesar 94% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Sedangkan penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media sebesar 96% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Adapun hasil validitas isi instrumen berdasarkan analisis Aiken-V penilaian ahli materi didapatkan nilai 0,93 yang dinyatakan “Valid” dan ahli media 0,95 yang dinyatakan “Valid”. Kemudian hasil analisis efektivitas dengan pre-test dan post test di dapatkan skor N-Gain 0,72 yang termasuk kategori efektivitas tinggi dan hasil penilaian kepuasan pengguna sebesar 92,13%. Dengan demikian, produk e-modul pelatihan Juru Gambar BIM Jenjang 3 dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pelatihan juru gambar BIM jenjang 3. Kata kunci: Building Information Modelling, Drafter, Juru Gambar BIM, Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi ***** This research aims to develop training materials for Competency-Based Training E-Modules using flipbooks to improve the competence of BIM Drafter Level 3 based on SKKNI No. 3 of 2023. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method of the 4D model which includes four main stages: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development, and (4) Dissemination. Data collection techniques were carried out with questionnaires as instrument of feasibility assessment by three material experts, three media experts, and users. Additionally pre-test and post-test for effectiveness in limited trials of emodule development. Data analysis techniques used in this study include descriptive qualitative for expert suggestions and descriptive statistics for quantitative data analysis from expert feasibility, content validity, and user assessment. The results showed that the BIM Drafter Level 3 training e-modules obtained a feasibility assessment by material experts of 94% in the “Excellent” category. While the feasibility assessment by media experts of 96% with the “Excellent” category. The results of the validity of the instrument content based on the Aiken-V analysis of the material expert 0,93 which was declared “Valid” and the media expert 0,95 which was declared “Valid”. Then the results of the effectiveness analysis obtained an N-Gain score of 0,72 which is included in the high effectiveness category and the results of the user satisfaction assessment of 92,13%. These results show, the BIM Drafter Level 3 training e-modules can be categorized as excellent and suitable for use as training materials in BIM Drafter Level 3 training.
