Abstract

Kesulitan Regulasi emosi mendorong remaja melakukan perilaku menyakiti dan melukai diri (self-harm). Perilaku menyakiti diri menjadi bentuk impulsive yang dilakukan oleh individu yang diakibatkan dari kegagalan regulasi emosi dan regulasi afek. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan panduan pelatihan untuk mengatasi kesulitan regulasi emosi remaja dengan kecenderungan self harm. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Design Based Research (DBR), dengan melakukan tiga tahap yaitu, 1) analisis dan eksplorasi, 2) desain dan konstruksi, 3) evaluasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 181 Jakarta, menemukan bahwa dari 551 siswa sebanyak 6 % (n= 61) memiliki kecenderungan self-harm dengan kategorisasi tinggi. Dari jumlah tersebut, 56 % (n= 34) mengalami kesulitan tingkat tinggi dalam meregulasi emosi. Guru BK menyatakan bahwa perlu adanya buku panduan khusus untuk membantu intervensi pada siswa yang memiliki kesulitan regulasi emosi dan kecenderungan self-harm. Buku panduan pelatihan dengan teknik Affect Regulation Training menjadi kerangka kerja yang terbukti efektif dalam membantu individu dalam mengatasi kesulitan regulasi emosi. Produk telah diuji ahli materi dengan mendapakan skor presentasi 79 % (layak); uji media mendapatkan skor presentasi 89 % (sangat layak); dan pada uji keterbacaan mendapatkan skor presentasi 83 % (sangat layak). Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa media buku panduan pelatihan Affect Regulation Training untuk mengatasi kesulitan regulasi emosi remaja dengan kecenderungan self-harm “Layak” untuk diuji cobakan. / Emotion regulation difficulties encourage adolescents to engage in self-harm behavior. Self-harm behavior is a form of impulsivity carried out by individuals resulting from the failure of emotion regulation and affect regulation. This study aims to develop a training guide to overcome the difficulties of adolescent emotion regulation with self-harm tendencies. This research uses the Design Based Research (DBR) development model, by conducting three stages, namely, 1) analysis and exploration, 2) design and construction, 3) evaluation and reflection. This study was conducted at SMP Negeri 181 Jakarta, found that out of 551 students, 6% (n = 61) had a tendency to self-harm with high categorization. Of these, 34.4% (n=21) experienced high levels of difficulty in regulating emotions. The counseling teacher stated that there is a need for a special guidebook to help intervene with students who have difficulty regulating emotions and self-harm tendencies. A training manual with Affect Regulation Training techniques is a framework that has proven effective in helping individuals overcome emotion regulation difficulties. The product has been tested by material experts with a presentation score of 79% (feasible); the media test received a presentation score of 89% (very feasible); and the readability test received a presentation score of 83% (very feasible). So it can be stated that the Affect Regulation Training guidebook media to overcome the difficulties of adolescent emotion regulation with self-harm tendencies is “feasible” to be tested.
