Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan menguji validitas kelayakan buku saku yang memuat langkah-langkah mitigasi Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) bagi ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Bidara Cina. Pembuatan buku saku dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian desain pendididkan atau Educational Design Research model Plomp & Nieven dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli materi dari aspek kelayakan isi menunjukan bahwa produk masuk dalam kategori validitas sangat baik sementara dari aspek kebahasaan diperoleh kategori validiats cukup. Hasil uji validasi ahli media dari aspek penyajian maupun aspek kegrafikan memperoleh kategori validitas sama yaitu sangat baik. Pada uji coba skala kecil diperoleh kategori validitas baik terhadap buku saku dengan prdikat layak. Sementara pada uji coba skala besar mengalami peningkan dengan memperoleh kategori validitas sangat baik dengan predikat kelayakan sangat layak. ***** This study aims to create and test the validity of the feasibility of a pocketbook containing Dengue Fever (DHF) mitigation steps for housewives in Bidara Cina. The making of pocketbooks in this study used the Educational Design Research method of the Plomp & Nieven model with a quantitative approach. The results of the validation test by material experts from the aspect of content feasibility show that the product is in the very good validity category while from the linguistic aspect it is obtained in the sufficient validity category. The results of the media expert validation test from the presentation aspect and the graphical aspect obtained the same validity category which is very good. In the small-scale trial, a good validity category was obtained for the pocketbook with a decent predicate. Meanwhile, the large-scale trial experienced an increase by obtaining an excellent validity category with a very feasible predicate.
