Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hasil belajar pelatihan BIM menggunakan E-Learning terhadap kemampuan penerapan BIM di proyek. Penelitian ini didasari kebutuhan pengembangan materi pembelajaran BIM menggunakan E-Learning. Metode penelitian menggunakan Mix Methods. Penelitian ini diawali dengan persiapan data nilai hasil belajar pelatihan BIM menggunakan E-Learning dan nilai kemampuan penerapan BIM di proyek dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis korelasi, uji t dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan metode thematic analysis dari hasil wawancara kepada koordinator Engineering dan BIM. Hasil analisis korelasi menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment Pearson (r) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,832 yang artinya tingkat hubungan signifikan kuat dan positif. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung yaitu 9,250 > ttabel yaitu 2,021 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R) menunjukkan kontribusi bersama sebesar 69,247%. Hasil wawancara kepada koordinator Engineering dan BIM menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pelatihan tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan penerapan BIM di proyek dan materi pelatihan BIM menggunakan E-Learning sudah sesuai dengan pekerjaan BIM di proyek yang dibuktikan dengan tenaga kerja konstruksi dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan BIM di proyek. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara hasil analisis data kuantitatif dengan data kualitatif yang menyatakan terdapat signifikan hubungan antara hasil belajar pelatihan BIM menggunakan E-Learning terhadap kemampuan penerapan BIM di proyek. This research is based on the need for the development of BIM learning materials using E-Learning. The research method uses Mix Methods. This research began with the preparation of data on the learning outcomes of BIM training using E-Learning and the assessment of BIM application capabilities in projects with an Ex Post Facto approach. Quantitative analysis uses correlation analysis, t-test and determination coefficient analysis. Qualitative analysis uses the thematic analysis method from the results of interviews with Engineering and BIM coordinators. The results of the correlation analysis using Pearson's Product Moment (r) correlation analysis showed a value of 0.832, which means that the level of significant relationship is strong and positive. The results of the t-test show that the tcount value is 9.250 > ttable is 2.021, meaning that there is a significant relationship. The results of the determination coefficient (R) showed a joint contribution of 69.247%. The results of interviews with Engineering and BIM coordinators show that the learning outcomes of the training have a positive influence on the ability to apply BIM in projects and the BIM training materials using E-Learning are in accordance with BIM work in the project as evidenced by the construction workforce being able to carry out BIM work in the project. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a similarity between the results of quantitative data analysis and qualitative data which states that there is a significant relationship between the learning outcomes of BIM training using E-Learning on the ability to apply BIM in the project.
