Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh mengintegrasikan Triplet Structure Model ke dalam pembelajaran berbasis masalah heuristik pada peningkatan kemampuan Advanced Mathematical Thinking (AMT) pada siswa sekolah dasar, sambil juga menilai disposisi matematika mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan posttest hanya kuasi-eksperimental, yang mencakup 84 siswa kelas 5 dibagi menjadi dua kelas. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data, yang termasuk skor AMT dan jawaban kuesioner tentang kecenderungan matematika. Data yang dikumpulkan dinilai menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis varians (ANOVA) dua arah. Selain itu, pengujian post-hoc dilakukan dengan menggunakan versi terbaru dari perangkat lunak SPSS 29. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan sebagai berikut: 1) Implementasi model pembelajaran H-PbL-TSM memiliki dampak positif pada keterampilan AMT siswa dalam belajar perkalian. 2) Ada interaksi yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran dan ketersediaan matematika siswa pada keterampilan AMT mereka. 3) Siswa dengan disposisi matematika tinggi tampil lebih baik dalam keterampilan AMT ketika belajar dengan model pembelajaran H-PbL-TSM dibandingkan dengan model belajar eksponensial. 4) Siswa dengan disposisi matematika rendah tampil lebih baik dalam keterampilan AMT ketika belajar dengan model pembelajaran ekspositori dibandingkan dengan model belajar H-PbL-TSM. ***** The objective of this research was to investigate the influence of integrating the Triplet Structure Model into Heuristic Problem Based Learning on the enhancement of Advanced Mathematical Thinking (AMT) abilities in elementary school students, while also assessing their mathematical disposition. The research used a posttest only quasi-experimental approach, which included 84 5th grade pupils divided into two classrooms. The research gathered data, which included AMT scores and questionnaire answers about mathematical disposition. The gathered data was evaluated using descriptive analysis and twoway analysis of variance (ANOVA). Additionally, post-hoc tests were run using the most recent version of the SPSS software, SPSS 29. The results of our study show the following: 1) The implementation of the HPbL-TSM learning model has a positive impact on students' AMT skills in learning mathematics multiplication. 2) There is a significant interaction between the learning model and students' mathematics disposition on their AMT skills. 3) Students with a high mathematics disposition perform better in AMT skills when learning with the H-PbL-TSM learning model compared to the expository learning model. 4) Students with a low mathematics disposition perform better in AMT skills when learning with the expository learning model compared to the H-PbL-TSM learning model.
