Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan pengembangan program Mindfulness berbasis sekolah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa kelas besar sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1)mengembangkan program Mindfulness untuk membantu siswa yang mengalami tekanan psikologis, 2)menguji kelayakan program, 3) menguji efektifitas program. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Based Research (DBR) karena sistematis digunakan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi intervensi pendidikan. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas besar SD Fransiskus 1 Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung sebanyak 213 siswa yang sudah mengikuti pretest dengan instrumen SCWBS yang telah di adaptasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 72,30% atau 154 siswa memiliki kondisi kesejahteraan psikologis rendah, dilengkapi dengan hasil analisis presentase dua aspek kesejahteraan, diketahui positive emotional state sebesar 55%, dan positive outlook sebesar 59% hal ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa perlunya intervensi dengan program Mindfulness berbasis sekolah. Pengembangan program Mindfulness ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan yaitu analisis dan eksplorasi, desain dan kontruksi, siklus berulang dan refleksi. Hasil uji ahli materi pelatihan guru memperoleh skor 91%, uji ahli materi siswa mempoleh skor 95% jika di rerata maka memperoleh nilai 93%. Kemudian hasil uji ahli media memperoleh nilai 95,8 % jika direratakan hasil uji materi dan hasil uji media memperoleh nilai sebesar 94% hal ini berarti sangat layak untuk digunakan, hasil uji implementasi program menunjukan aspek positive emotional state mengalami kenaikan sangat signifikan sebesar 8.96 dan aspek positive outlook mengalami kenaikan yaitu sebesar 8,29. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan program Mindfulness berbasis sekolah yang dilakukan sangat layak digunakan dan efektif meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa kelas besar sekolah dasar. ***** The research conducted was the development of a school-based Mindfulness program to improve the psychological well-being of the higher level of elementary school students. The objectives of this study were to 1)develop a Mindfulness program to help students who experienced psychological stress, 2)to test the feasibility of the program, to test the effectiveness of the program. The design of this study used the Design Based Research (DBR) method because it was systematically used 3)to design, develop, and evaluate educational interventions. To add, the population was 213 students of a higher level of elementary school at Fransiskus 1 Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung who had taken the pretest with the adapted SCWBS instrument. Then, the results showed that 72.30% or 154 students had low psychological well-being, complemented by the results of the percentage analysis of two aspects of well-being. It was known that the positive emotional state was 55%, and the positive outlook was 59%, this confirmed the need for intervention with a school-based Mindfulness program. In addition, the development of this Mindfulness program was carried out through four stages, namely analysis and exploration, design and construction, iterative cycles and reflection. The results of the teacher training material expert test obtained a score of 91%, the student material expert test obtained a score of 95%. Then, if it those aspects were averaged, it obtained a score of 93%. Then, the results of the media expert test obtained a score of 95.8%, In other word, the average results of the material test and the results of the media test obtained a score of 94%, this means that it was very feasible to use. The results of the program implementation test showed that the positive emotional state aspect experienced a very significant increase of 8.96 and the positive outlook aspect experienced an increase of 8.29. So, it can be concluded that the development of a school-based Mindfulness program that was carried out was very feasible to use and effective to improve the psychological well-being of large elementary school students.
