Abstract
Kata Kunci: E-modul, Augmented Reality, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja ***** This study aims to develop an electronic learning module (e-module) integrated with augmented reality (AR) for the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/K3) course using the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The e-module covers topics on electrical safety, accident investigation, risk management, and risk assessment. The augmented reality feature is specifically applied to the accident investigation and risk management sections. The validation process was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts. The results showed a high level of feasibility, with material validation scoring 86% and media validation scoring 97%. A limited trial was conducted with students from the Building Engineering Education Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, resulting in an average N-Gain score of 0.96, which falls into the high category. Additionally, the user satisfaction level reached 94%, indicating that the e-module is highly effective and meets students' learning needs. The findings confirm that the AR-integrated e-module provides an immersive learning experience, enhances learning effectiveness, and optimally supports OSH competency achievement. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of digital learning media in the field of engineering and occupational safety.
