Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara deskriptif pelaksanaan program “sekolah ramah anak” di SDN Situgede 3 Bogor. Gambaran yang dimaksud adalah kebijakan program sekolah ramah anak, pembelajaran ramah anak, sarana-prasarana ramah anak, dan partisipasi siswa. Keempat komponen tersebut merupakan indikator komponen dari Kementerian pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak (KPPPA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati proses pelaksanaan program sekolah ramah anak, kuesioner disebarkan kepada peserta didik kelas IV , wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah dan guru kelas IV, sedangkan dokumentasi digunakan untuk kelengkapan foto dan dokumen-dokumen terkait. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program “sekolah ramah anak” di SDN Situgede 3 Bogor sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan indikator komponen dari kementerian pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak (KPPPA). Kekurangannya hanya terletak pada komponen kebijakan program SRA karena sekolah tidak memiliki dokumen tertulis larangan kekerasan, tidak memiliki standar operasional prosedur (SOP) mengenai pengaduan kekerasan dan tidak ada pamphlet atau poster terkait larangan kekerasan dan ramah anak. This research aims to describe the “child-friendly school” program implementation at SDN Situgede 3 Bogor. This study describes the program’s policies, child-friendly instructional, child-friendly facilities and infrastructure, and students’ participation. These four components are component indicators suggested by Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (KPPPA). This study used a survey method with data collection that varies between observation, questionnaire distribution, interview, and documentation. The observations were conducted to observe the process of child-friendly school program implementation. The questionnaires were distributed to the fourth-grader. The interviews were conducted with the headmaster and fourth-grade teacher. Documentation was conducted to complete related documents and pictures. The results indicate that the implementation of the “child-friendly school” program at SDN Situgede 3 Bogor is carried out nicely and in tune with KPPPA component indicators. The deficiency is located in the policy component of the SRA program because the school does not have the written document of violence prohibition, there is no operational standard procedure (SOP) on complaints of violence and no pamphlet or posters related to prohibition Violent and child-friendly . There are also no pamphlets or posters related to violence prohibition and child-friendly.
