Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian tujuan program pembelajaran paket C PKBM Pandu Pelajar Mandiri di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Jakarta berdasarkan tujuan didirikannya program paket c, tujuan pembelajaran dari tiap mata pelajaran dan rekapitulasi nilai dari setiap mata pelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, yang kemudian dijelaskan secara kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih mendalam. Model evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi berorientasi tujuan yang dikemukakan oleh Ralph W Tyler. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala PKBM, tutor, dan warga belajar pemasyarakatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui penghitungan persentase (data kuantitatif) dan reduksi data, penyajian data serta Kesimpulan (data kualitatif). Hasil evaluasi pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari lima tujuan program pembelajaran paket C dapat dinyatakan tujuan program a1 dan a5 dikatakan tercapai dan tujuan program a2, a3, dan a4 dikatakan cukup tercapai. Ketercapaian tersebut berdasarkan terpenuhinya tahapan 1,2,3,4,6 dan 7 dari model evaluasi berorientasi tujuan. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Program Paket C, Evaluasi Berorientasi tujuan. *************** This research aims to determine the achievement of the objectives of the package C learning program of the PKBM Pandu Pelajar Mandiri in the Class IIA Jakarta Narcotics Prison based on the objectives of establishing the package c program, the learning objectives of each subject and the recapitulation of the values of each subject. This study uses an evaluative study method with a descriptive quantitative approach, which is then explained qualitatively to provide a more in-depth picture. The evaluation model used in this study is the goal-oriented evaluation proposed by Ralph W Tyler. The subjects in this study were the head of the PKBM, tutors, and correctional students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through percentage calculations (quantitative data) and data reduction, data presentation and conclusions (qualitative data). The evaluation results in this research show that of the five learning program objectives of package C, it can be stated that program objectives a1 and a5 are said to be achieved and program objectives a2, a3, and a4 are said to be quite achieved. This achievement is based on the fulfillment of stages 1,2,3,4,6 and 7 of the goal-oriented evaluation model. Keywords: Program Evaluation, Package C Program, Goal-Oriented Evaluation.
