Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan dari self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 44 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survei. Ukuran sampel dari populasi penelitian ini ditentukan dengan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% hingga yang diperoleh mempunyai kepercayaan 95%, terhadap populasi. Menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael sampel kelompok dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% diketahui populasi individu yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini yaitu kelas XII Manajemen Perkantoran dan Akutansi 142 siswa dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil 100. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, pengetahuan deskripsi, analisis dan pembahasan data yang telah dilakukan dan diuraikan pada bab-bab sebelumnya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana diketahui bahwa Pvalue pada selfefficacy sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja siswa. 2) Berdasarkan dari hasil hitung pada tabel diatas, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 0.204. Sehingga kemampuan dari variabel self-efficacy untuk menjelaskan kesiapan kerja sebesar 20.4% dipengaruhi dan dijelaskan sedangkan sisanya 79.6% dipengaruhi dan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: self-efficacy, kesiapan kerja **** This study aims to find out whether there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on the work readiness of SMKN 44 Jakarta students. The research method used in the study is the survey method. The sample size of the population of this study was determined by Isaac and Michael tables with an error rate of 5% to 95% confidence in the population. Using Isaac and Michael's table, the sample of the group with an error rate of 5% is known to be the individual population used for this study, namely class XII Office Management and Accounting 142 students with a sample number of 100. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression. Based on the data processing, knowledge of description, analysis and discussion of data that has been carried out and described in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that: 1) Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it is known that the Pvalue on self-efficacy is 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and students' work readiness. 2) Based on the calculation results in the table above, it can be seen that the R2 value is 0.204. So that the ability of the self-efficacy variable to explain work readiness by 20.4% was influenced and explained while the remaining 79.6% was influenced and explained by other variables that were not studied.
