Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh transparansi dan kepercayaan terhadap partisipasi orang tua siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri Kecamatan Cakung Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model explanatory research. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dengan skala likert.populasi penelitian berjumlah 2.560 orang tua siswa, dengan sampel sebanyak 346 orang tua siswa yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik proposional sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai signifikansi untuk variabel transparansi (X1) terhadap variabel partisipasi orang tua (Y) adalah 0,00, lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi 0,05. Nilai t-hitung sebesar 8,410, lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 1,650. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel transparansi (X1) memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap variabel partisipasi orang tua (Y) di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di Kecamatan Cakung Kota Jakarta Timur. Nilai signifikansi untuk variabel kepercayaan (X2) terhadap variabel partisipasi orang tua (Y) adalah 0,00, lebih rendah daripada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Nilai t-hitung adalah 3,588, lebih tinggi daripada nilai t-tabel 1,650. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan (X2) berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap variabel partisipasi orang tua (Y) di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri, Kecamatan Cakung, Kota Jakarta Timur.*****This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of transparency and trust on parental participation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri Kecamatan Cakung East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research model. The research population amounted to 2,560 parents of students, with a sample of 346 parents of students selected using proportional sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significance value for the transparency variable (X1) on the parental participation variable (Y) of 0.00, smaller than the significance value of 0.05. The t-count value is 8.410, greater than the t-table value of 1.650. It can be concluded that the transparency variable (X1) has a positive direct effect on the parental participation variable (Y) in the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Cakung District, East Jakarta City. The significance value for the trust variable (X2) on the parental participation variable (Y) is 0.00, lower than the significance level of 0.05. The t-count value is 3.588, higher than the t-table value of 1.650. It can be concluded that the trust variable (X2) has a direct positive effect on the parental participation variable (Y) in Madrasah Tsanawiyah.
