This paper discusses the controversy related KB implant. The low of contraception is still controversial. Some say is haram because it is considered as an attempt to 'kill' the prospective baby as mention in Q.S. al-Isra: 31. However, others say that KB is part of a better 'generation' command as mention in Q.S. an-Nisa: 9. This study aims to find out the reasons for EFA (fertile couples) who are not interested in using contraceptive, knowing which contraceptives are allowed and forbidden by religion, to know the family planning law in general.The methodology used in this research is library research. The results of this study indicate that the method of contraception or family planning tool that is allowed is the way it works to prevent pregnancy (man'ul haml) which is temporary rather than permanent. Therefore, the use of contraception qias to the type of contraception is allowed. In addition, the materials used must be derived from halal materials and does not cause harmful implications for health.
