Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan microlearning yang terintegrasi dalam case based learning pada mahasiswa keperawatan di Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Jakarta I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Deveelopment (R & D) dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Lee and Owens yang terdiri dari tahap analysis, design, development/implementation, evaluation. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah microlearning yang mendukung pembelajaran dengan model case based learning pada materi asuhan keperawatan kardiovaskuler kasus sindrom koroner akut. Penelitian diawali dengan analisis awal – akhir (front – end analyse) dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, studi dokumen dan studi kurikulum. Media yang digunakan untuk menyajikan microlearning adalah infografis, video motion grafis, articulate storyline, dan pdf. Uji kelayakan produk dilakukan melalui expert review dan uji one to one oleh peserta didik dengan hasil persentase skor 80 % - 89 %. Rentang persentase tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Untuk hasil efektifitas melalui uji lapangan (field trial) menunjukkan peningkatan pada hasil belajar dengan hasil selisih nilai post tes dan pre tes rata – rata sebesar 0,83. Nilai rata – rata efektifitas tersebut dalam kriteria N-Gain termasuk kategori tinggi. Persentase sebesar 83% termasuk dalam tafsiran efektif. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan dan efektifitas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan microlearning terintegrasi dalam case based learning pada mata kuliah keperawatan medikal bedah layak dan efektif.***** This research aims to develop microlearning integrated into case-based learning for nursing students at the Jakarta I Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health. This research is a research and development (R&D) study. The development model used is the Lee and Owens model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development/implementation, and evaluation. The product produced is microlearning that supports learning with the case-based learning model on cardiovascular nursing care for acute coronary syndrome cases. The research began with a front-end analysis using interview methods, document studies, and curriculum studies. The results of the product feasibility test by experts and one-to-one testing by students showed a feasibility level within the score percentage range of 80% - 88%. For the effectiveness results through field trials, there was an improvement in learning outcomes through pre-tests and post-tests, with an average difference in post-test and pre-test scores of 0.83. The average effectiveness score falls into the high category according to the N-Gain criteria. A percentage of 83% falls into the effective interpretation. It can be concluded that the development of microlearning integrated into case-based learning in medical-surgical nursing courses is feasible and effective.
