Abstract

RINTIK RIZKI AULIANI. Pengembangan E-comic ”Physics Class” Pada Materi Elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke, Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Februari 2025. Kemajuan teknologi memberikan banyak manfaat yang mendukung suasana belajar. Di antaranya adalah perkembangan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang memungkinkan siswa mengakses pembelajaran dimana dan kapan saja. Berdasarkan data dari we are sosial Penggunaan internet di Indonesia pada awal Januari 2023 mencapai rata-rata 7 jam 42 menit per hari untuk usia 16-64 tahun, dengan 63,4% atau sekitar 5 jam 39 menit dihabiskan melalui ponsel. Dengan tingginya penggunaan internet dan ponsel, media pembelajaran berbasis digital menjadi hal yang tak terhindarkan. Hal ini membuka peluang bagi guru untuk mengeksplorasi media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, salah satunya adalah komik edukasi. Komik edukasi yang dikembangkan beruba e-comic yang nantinya akan di upload di platform WebToon. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan, diperoleh persentase capaian oleh ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 73.33%, ahli materi sebesar 92%, dan ahli bahasa sebesar 84.62%. Uji coba produk pada guru fisika di SMAN 12 Jakarta, SMAN 41 Jakarta dan SMAN 2 Babelan memperoleh capaian hasil 95.56% dan uji coba pada peserta didik memperoleh capaian hasil 86.35%. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan dan uji coba produk, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-comic “Physics Class” pada materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika. Technological advancements provide many benefits that enhance the learning environment. One of these benefits is the development of technology-based learning media, which allows students to access lessons anytime and anywhere. According to data from We Are Social, the average internet usage in Indonesia in early January 2023 reached 7 hours and 42 minutes per day for individuals aged 16-64 years, with 63.4% or approximately 5 hours and 39 minutes spent on mobile devices. With the high usage of the internet and mobile phones, digital learning media has become inevitable. This creates opportunities for teachers to explore more engaging learning media, one of which is educational comics. The developed educational comic is an e-comic, which will later be uploaded on the WebToon platform. Based on feasibility test results, the achievement percentages were 73.33% from learning media experts, 92% from subject matter experts, and 84.62% from language experts. Product trials conducted with physics teachers at SMAN 12 Jakarta, SMAN 41 Jakarta, and SMAN 2 Babelan resulted in an achievement score of 95.56%, while trials with students achieved 86.35%. Based on the feasibility tests and product trials, it can be concluded that the "Physics Class" e-comic, covering the topic of elasticity and Hooke’s law, is suitable for use as a physics learning media.
