Abstract

Kegiatan bongkar muat yang dilakukan pada lapangan penumpukan memiliki risiko yang selalu mengintai yakni kecelakaan kerja, yang dapat menganggu keselamatan pekerja dan kegiatan operasional yang sedang berjalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control) pada kegiatan operasional di lapangan penumpukan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya, menilai risiko, serta dapat memberikan beberapa rekomendasi pengendalian risiko yang efektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan pihak terkait yang bersangkutan, serta menganalisis data kecelakaan yang pernah terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan terdapat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi disebabkan oleh kesalahan manusia (Human Error), seperti mobil Head Truck bertabrakan dengan RTG, Headtruck menyenggol kontainer di blok. Sesuai dengan analisis risiko, beberapa risiko kecelakaan memiliki dampak yang tinggi diperlukan pengendalian yang lebih ketat. Penelitian ini menyarankan prosedur atau SOP keselamatan kerja diperketat. Pengendalian risiko dapat dengan melakukan pelatihan ataupun memberhentikan sementara terhadap individu yang melakukan human error. Besar harapan keselamatan dan kesehatan di Terminal Petikemas Koja dapat selalu mengalami perkembangan demi mempertahankan serta meningkatkan rasa aman bagi para pekerja khususnya yang berada di lapangan penumpukan. Kata Kunci: Hirarc, Lapangan Penumpukan, Pengendalian risiko, Risiko kecelakaan kerja. ***** Loading and unloading activities carried out in the stacking yard have an everlurking risk, namely work accidents, which can disrupt worker safety and ongoing operational activities. This research aims to use the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control) method in operational activities in the piling yard to identify hazards, assess risks, and provide several recommendations for effective risk control. The research was carried out by observing and direct observation in the field, interviews with relevant parties concerned, and analyzing data on accidents that had occurred. The results of the research show that there is a risk of work accidents occurring due to human error, such as the Head Truck colliding with the RTG, the Headtruck hitting a container on the block. In accordance with risk analysis, several accident risks have a high impact and require stricter control. This research recommends that work safety procedures or SOPs be tightened. Risk control can be done by conducting training or temporarily suspending individuals who make human errors. It is hoped that safety and health at the Koja Container Terminal will continue to develop in order to maintain and increase the sense of security for workers, especially those in the stacking yard.
