Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Efektivitas Praktik Kerja Industri, Self Efficacy (Efikasi Diri), dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa SMK. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Karya Guna Jakarta dan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta, dengan populasi sebesar 250 dan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive proportional sampling, menggunakan rumus slovin, dengan tingkat kesalahan (margin of error) 5% dan menghasilkan sampel sebesar 154 responden gabungan dari SMK Karya Guna Jakarta dan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efektivitas praktik kerja industri, self-efficacy (efikasi diri) dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 53,7% (tingkat pengaruh sedang), secara simultan berpengaruh dengan dibuktikan dari Fhitung > Ftabel , yaitu 60.219 > 2.664. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel efektivitas praktik kerja industri Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 3.748 > 1.655 dan nilaii sig.0.000 < 0.05, variabel self-efficacy (efikasi diri) secara parsial memiliki nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 6.883 > 1.655 dan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05, dan untuk variabel motivasi kerja memiliki nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 8.264 > 1.655 dan nilai sig.0.000 < 0.05, yang berarti bahwa secara parsial variabel efektivitas praktik kerja industri, self-efficacy (efikasi diri), dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. The method in this study uses a quantitative method, and a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at SMK Karya Guna Jakarta and SMK 17 August 1945 Jakarta, with a population of 250 and purposive proportional sampling technique, using the slovin formula, with a margin of error of 5% and resulting in a sample of 154 combined respondents from SMK Karya Guna Jakarta and SMK 17 August 1945 Jakarta. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the effectiveness of industrial work practices, self-efficacy and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of vocational school students, with an influence level of 53.7% (moderate influence level), simultaneously influencing as evidenced by Fcal > Ftable, which was 60,219 > 2,664. While partially the variable of the effectiveness of industrial work practices Thitung > Ttable is 3,748 > 1,655 and the value of sig.0.000 < 0.05, the variable self-efficacy partially has a Ttable > Tcount value of 6,883 > 1,655 and a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and for the work motivation variable has a Ttable > Tcount value of 8,264 > 1,655 and a value of sig.0.000 < 0.05, which means that partially the variable of the effectiveness of industrial work practice, self-efficacy, and work motivation affects the work readiness of vocational school students.
