Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Efektivitas Praktik Kerja Industri, Self Efficacy (Efikasi Diri), dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa SMK. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Karya Guna Jakarta dan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta, dengan populasi sebesar 250 dan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive proportional sampling, menggunakan rumus slovin, dengan tingkat kesalahan (margin of error) 5% dan menghasilkan sampel sebesar 154 responden gabungan dari SMK Karya Guna Jakarta dan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efektivitas praktik kerja industri, self-efficacy (efikasi diri) dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 53,7% (tingkat pengaruh sedang), secara simultan berpengaruh dengan dibuktikan dari Fhitung > Ftabel , yaitu 60.219 > 2.664. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel efektivitas praktik kerja industri Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 3.748 > 1.655 dan nilaii sig.0.000 < 0.05, variabel self-efficacy (efikasi diri) secara parsial memiliki nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 6.883 > 1.655 dan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05, dan untuk variabel motivasi kerja memiliki nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 8.264 > 1.655 dan nilai sig.0.000 < 0.05, yang berarti bahwa secara parsial variabel efektivitas praktik kerja industri, self-efficacy (efikasi diri), dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. The method in this study uses a quantitative method, and a descriptive approach.
