Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen analisis kebutuhan pelatihan yang pada kerawanan wilayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Four-D, yang memiliki empat tahapan utama yakni, tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (dessiminate). Hasil pengembangan produk ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli (expert review) dan pengguna yang merupakan rescuer di Badan Nasional Pencarian dan Pertolongan. Pada tahapan expert review hasil pengembangan ini mendapatkan nilai 3,83 dari ahli evaluasi dengan kategori baik, nilai 3,5 dari ahli materi dengan kategori sangat baik. Pada tahapan uji coba pengguna one-to-one mendapatkan nilai 3,56 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa produk instrumen dapat alat untuk mengumpulkan data analisis kebutuhan pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang berdasarkan kerawanan wilayah. Selain itu, instrumen ini dapat digunakan berulang kali pada pada seluruh Kantor SAR di seluruh Indonesia. The research aims to produce an instrument of training needs analysis in the area of vulnerability. The research uses a Four-D model, which has four main stages: define, design, development, and dissemination. The results of this product development have been through the evaluation stage conducted by experts (expert review) and users who are rescuers in the National Search and Rescue agency. At the stage of expert review the results of this development get the value 3.83 of the expert evaluation with good category, the value of 3.5 of the material experts with the category is very good. At the test stage one-to-one users get a value of 3.56 with very good categories. The results of this research show that instrument products can be tools to collect the analysis of training needs in accordance with the needs based on the territorial vulnerability. In addition, this instrument can be used repeatedly in all SAR offices throughout Indonesia.
