Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskirpsikan tentang fenomena androgini di kalangan siswa atlet perempuan di SMP/SMA Khusus Olahraga Ragunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Khusus Olahraga Ragunan. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 8 orang, yang terdiri dari Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dua orang pelatih dari cabang olahraga berbeda, empat siswa atlet perempuan, dan guru Bimbingan Konseling. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perilaku androgini yang dilakukan oleh para subjek dipengaruhi pembentukannya oleh aktivitas olahraga yang dilakukan, lingkungan pertemanan serta perasaan nyaman dengan perilaku androgini yang subjek miliki. Pembentukan perilaku androgini bagi para subjek ditentukan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana konsep diri androgini terbentuk dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosial mereka, termasuk bagaimana mereka memahami dan mengekspresikan identitas gender. Kata kunci: Perilaku Androgini, Siswa Atlet, Sekolah Khusus Olahraga This research aims to describe the phenomenon of androgyny among female student athletes at Ragunan Special Sports Middle School/Senior High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection methods using interview techniques. The location of the research was the Ragunan Special Sports School. The number of subjects in this research was 8 people, consisting of the Deputy Principal, two coaches from different sports, four female student athletes, and a Guidance Counseling teacher. This research revealed that the androgynous behavior carried out by the subjects was influenced by the sports activities carried out, the friendship environment and feelings of comfort with the androgynous behavior of the subjects. The formation of androgynous behavior for subjects is determined by internal and external factors. This research focuses on how androgynous self-concepts are formed and interact with their social environment, including how they understand and express gender identity.
