Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Kurikulum Berbasis Sistem Kredit Semester di SMAN 78 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi Kurikulum Berbasis SKS. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Bulan Agustus 2019 hingga Bulan Januari 2020 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini meliputi Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Staf bidang Kurikulum dan Guru SMAN 78 Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan validitas data dilakukan melalui tahapan kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan manajemen kurikulum berbasis SKS dilakukan melalui kegiatan merancang kurikulum, merancang perangkat pembelajaran, menganalisi strategi belajar dan menentukan pembimbing akademik. (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum berbasis SKS dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran, memberikan materi belajar dan memberikan penilaian dan melakukan perbaikan nilai (remedial). (3) Evaluasi manajemen kurikulum berbasis SKS dilakukan dengan rapat kerja mengenai keterlaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar selama satu tahun. This research aims to describe the curriculum management of the Semester credit system based at SMAN 78 Jakarta. Sub focus of this research is planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum based on SKS. The research was conducted from August 2019 to January 2020 using a qualitative approach within description method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The keys informan of this research includes the deputy principal of school curriculum, staff of curriculum and teachers of SMAN 78 Jakarta. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification. Investigation and checking the validity of data was performed through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this research showed that: (1) SKS based curriculum management planning is conducted through curriculum designing activities, designing learning tools, analysing learning strategies and determining academic advisers. (2) The implementation of SKS based curriculum management is conducted through the learning process, providing learning materials and providing assessment and remedial. (3) The evaluation of SKS based curriculum management is done by working meeting on the implementation of teaching and learning activities for one year.
