The aim of this research is to develop a website-based design for a volleyball club database system in DKI Jakarta so that in the future it can improve the governance of volleyball clubs in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is the waterfall method. The product development stage in this research consists of needs analysis, design, implementation (writing program code), application, and testing. Testing on this application uses the black box method with feature test techniques. Test scenarios are created based on the functions contained in the application. The tester gives input/commands to the system and then determines whether the system response is in accordance with the expected results or not. Based on the test results, the website-based design of the volleyball club database system in DKI Jakarta developed in this research is in accordance with the expected results in each test scenario so it can be concluded that this application is suitable for use to improve the management of volleyball club coaching in DKI Jakarta.
