Social media has enabled the indigenous youth of Kajang to promote Kajang cultural tourism. The aim of this study is to explore how the indigenous youth of Kajang Ammatoa manage communication through social media in promoting their cultural tourism. This research is expected to provide insights and recommendations for more effective communication strategies in the future. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation of content, and uses Miles and Huberman’s analytical techniques to analyze the research data. The results of this study indicate that the indigenous youth of Kajang manage communication through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The communication strategy through social media has been implemented and optimized through: 1) Visual Content, 2) Persuasive Communication, 3) Offering Souvenirs, and 4) Media Control. The implications of this research are expected to contribute new knowledge to the field of media communication and politics. The findings of this study show that the communication management through social media by the indigenous youth of Kajang has had a positive impact on the promotion of cultural tourism in Bulukumba Regency. Therefore, the researcher provides a detailed analysis of this study as new information.
