This community service will be conducted in the Klari district of Karawang. The focus of this community service activity is training to improve the competencies of time management, leadership, and problem-solving among secondary school teachers in the Klari district of Karawang. This activity is considered important because through this activity, the problem of suboptimal success in teacher development programs can be addressed. The target of this activity is teachers at secondary schools in the Klari district of Karawang. The activity will be carried out over two meetings. The purpose and output of this activity are for training participants to have knowledge and skills in time management, leadership, and problem-solving.
