Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data teoritis terkait sikap guru terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah dasar negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 guru yang mengajar di sekolah dasar negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik deskriptif. Metode ini memberikan deskripsi atau memberi gambaran sikap guru terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar negeri penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif kecamatan Tebet , yaitu di sekolah dasar negeri Tebet Timur 01, Tebet Timur 17, Tebet Barat 01, Manggarai 01, Manggarai 03, Manggarai 09, dan Bukit Duri 05. Dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan menunjukan bahwa sikap guru terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif adalah positif/ baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari 3 dimensi indikator yang mengacu pada pernyataan sikap guru yaitu dimensi kognitif, afektif, serta konatif. Artinya sikap guru terukur dari pengetahuan, tanggapan, serta tindakan terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah penyelenggara inklusif. This study aims to obtain theoretical data related to teacher attitudes toward children with special needs in public elementary schools that provide inclusive education. The sample in this study was 100 teachers who teach in state primary schools that provide inclusive education. This research uses a survey method with descriptive techniques. This method provides a description or gives an overview of the attitudes of teachers towards children with special needs in schools providing inclusive education. This research was conducted at the state primary schools which were inclusive in Tebet subdistrict education, namely in the state elementary schools Tebet Timur 01, Tebet Timur 17, Tebet Barat 01, Manggarai 01, Manggarai 03, Manggarai 09, and Bukit Duri 05. The results of of this research indicate that the attitudes of teachers towards students with special needs in an inclusive school education provioders positive / good. This is evidenced from the three dimensional indicator refers to the teachers statement of the dimensions of cognitive, affective, and conative. That is the attitude of teachers measurable knowledge, response and action on special needs students in the school organizers inclusion.
