Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources are the highest priority in the development of a region. Improving the quality of teachers is one of them by understanding Microlearning-Based Learning. Through P2M activities as an effort to improve and improve the quality of teachers, the objectives of this activity are (1) Introducing to SMK Teachers, (2) providing an overview of Microlearning-Based Learning, using the ADDIE method to training participants. The implementation of activities in July 2024 using oral presentation-discussion method was attended by Teachers at SMK Yapinuh, Muaragembong District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The results of the evaluation of activities that measured participant responses using a Likert scale, namely 1-Not knowledgeable at all ; 2-Slightly; 3-knowledgeable; 4-Moderately; and 5-knowledgeable, showed that before the delivery of teaching materials (pre-test), the responses of participants from 27 respondents, the average knowledge of microlearning learning was at 2.26 - 2.56 or on average slightly, increasing to 2.81 - 3.30 or knowledgeable after training (post-test). This increase is in the range of 13.43 - 34.43%. The increase in knowledge about the concept of microlearning is in the range of 27.69%, and knowledge about the ADDIE method in microlearning learning increased by 34.43%. The increase in knowledge about microlearning teaching materials is on average 26.55% and for knowledge about the learning development model with the ADDIE method increased by 22.80%. The benefits of microlearning learning in the digital era show an increase in participant knowledge of 28.99%.
