Karang Taruna management in Cibubuan Village, District Conggeang Sumedang does not understand the concept and practice of what Public Speaking is in public communication activities with citizens. As part of the front guard which is expected to be able to make various government programs successful at the village, sub-district and district/city levels of Sumedang, West Java Province so far. Public communication activities with communities that are the targets of development at the village, sub-district and district/city levels are fundamental things that make it easier or increase the community's involvement and active participation in the various programs being implemented. Public speaking skills will support and improve the communication skills of Karang Taruna administrators in persuading residents or the public to understand and be actively involved. Through this Public Speaking Training activity, it is hoped that Karang Taruna Management will not only be able to understand but also be able to implement or practice it directly in the community. The community has good communication skills with various elements of society in Cibubuan Village, it is hoped that the community will not only understand multiple government programs at the village, sub-district and district/city levels but also encourage their social attitudes and behavior to want to be involved and participate actively. The results of the training showed that the participants appreciated carrying out Public Speaking training activities for Karang Taruna Management in Cibubuan Village because they needed these soft skills to deliver various programs in the community, especially in Conggeang District, Sumedang Regency in West Java Province.
