Aerobic Gymnastics Systematics Training for Physical Education Teachers at KKG PJOK, Duren Sawit District. Aims to increase the competency of physical education teachers in presenting the systematics of rhythmic gymnastics learning (aerobic gymnastics). This training will be held in the PJOK Duren Sawit KKG office yard. The training will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays with around 40 physical education teachers in Duren Sawit District. This systematic aerobic exercise training activity is very important for physical education teachers because the presentation of aerobic exercise must be correct and in accordance with the body's anatomical movements. In terms of implementation, the physical education teachers looked enthusiastic, enthusiastic and motivated to participate in this event until the specified time limit. Responses and responses from physical education teachers, both verbally and through movement practice, can be conveyed well. So in the end, this activity can be concluded that physical education teachers gain useful knowledge.
