Sirnajaya Village, located in Sukamakmur Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, has significant potential in the tourism sector, particularly in ecotourism, with the presence of Agrowisata Setu Rawa Gede. However, developing tourism potential in this village faces several challenges, such as the lack of community awareness regarding the importance of sustainable tourism management, limited skills in managing natural resources, and inadequate tourism support facilities. This article examines implementing a community service program to empower the Sirnajaya Village community to manage ecotourism potential through revitalizing the local tourism awareness group. The program involves training, mentoring, and strengthening local economic institutions using a participatory approach. The results of this program indicate an increase in community awareness and skills in tourism management, as well as the strengthening of local institutions that support the sustainable development of the village's tourism sector. These findings contribute to village development and community-based tourism development in Indonesia.
