is community service program was initiated to address the issue of negative stereotypes and prejudices between Indonesia and Malaysia, which often hinder bilateral relations, especially among the younger generation. The problem arises from a lack of understanding of shared history and cultural roots, making it necessary to raise awareness of these commonalities. The program aims to strengthen historical and cultural awareness through educational activities. Workshops and joint seminars were held, involving students from both countries in discussions focused on shared history and cultural heritage. The International Community Service Seminar, titled "Politics & Citizenship," took place on August 9-10, 2024, as a collaboration between Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Universiti Sains Malaysia. Conducted virtually via Zoom, the seminar sought to enhance academic cooperation and mutual understanding between the two nations on political and citizenship issues. The results showed an increased awareness among participants about the importance of improving bilateral relations through positive dialogue and cooperation. Additionally, the program encourages future collaboration, which holds the potential to strengthen diplomatic and social ties between Indonesia and Malaysia at regional and global levels
