Starting from the implementation of the new normal as a result of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, we started carrying out activities outside the home while still adhering to the health protocols that have been regulated by the government. The above makes the residential park start to get busy with visitors exercising, ranging in age from children, adults to the elderly. Visitors carry out various kinds of sports activities, from just taking a leisurely walk, jogging, cycling, playing badminton, to using park facilities in the form of fitness equipment. There are lots of fitness facilities spread throughout Indonesia with various names, facilities, themes so that they attract the interest of visitors. Fitness is not just for fitness, it has become a trend among modern society. In the RW 003 Dahlia Loka neighborhood there is a lot of empty land that has not been utilized and on the other hand, the residents of RW 003 Dahlia Loka need sports facilities to maintain fitness in old age and also need facilities to gather and communicate with fellow residents. Based on the conditions above, sports equipment was created that can be used together in public places as well as being a means for residents to gather to exercise together. For this reason, a sports facility was created in the form of a horse rider, which is an outdoor fitness tool to improve people's fitness after the Covid-19 pandemic.
