Mojorejo Village has 15 ha of bamboo farming land which can be used to develop the village's potential through improving the village's bamboo craft center. However, public awareness of the opportunities for developing bamboo villages in economic empowerment is still low, so that the production of bamboo crafts is still limited to common and simple products. This training activity aims to provide literacy and assistance to the community, especially the people of Mojorejo Village who are members of the Rumah Bamboe Group and Studio Deling in the production process and innovation of bamboo crafts so that they can improve the local economy. The Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach and product innovation assistance are used in this PKM activity. The results of this PKM activity show a significant increase in the quality of productivity which has a positive impact on increasing craftsmen's income and product competitiveness in local and national markets. Local economic empowerment experienced an increase in new product innovation with the addition of 22 innovative products and a 28% increase in production processes in one month. This article concludes that with the right strategy, the Mojorejo Village bamboo craft center can become a successful model for sustainable local economic empowerment.
