The Blacksmith Village community group is one of the community groups whose livelihood is blacksmithing, so they can produce work that has economic value. However, in the process, this community group faces many problems, including the use of traditional production tools, so the number of goods produced every day still needs to be improved. The PKM activities aim to resolve the problems faced by partners, namely by using more modern production equipment such as forging machines. The method implemented in PKM activities is a method that involves the community directly in participating in each PKM program that is implemented, through socialization, training and practice, mentoring, evaluation, and sustainability of the program after the PKM is completed. The results of PKM activities show that partners' understanding regarding the use of forging machines has increased based on the results of distributing questionnaires, namely from 50% to 90%. Apart from that, the use of forging machines can increase the quantity of goods produced every day from 1-2 pieces of equipment to 3 pieces of equipment. Based on this, it can be concluded that the use of more modern equipment can help partners/craftsmen to increase the quantity of goods produced.
