The charcoal soap development program from bamboo stem waste in Desa Bellu has successfully created an innovative product that not only benefits skin health but also contributes to environmental conservation and community empowerment. By utilizing the ABCD method, this program has successfully transformed waste into a sustainable business opportunity, increasing the economic value of the community, and providing a solution to hard water problems. Laboratory test results show that the produced charcoal soap has a high antioxidant content, is effective in cleansing the skin, and is safe to use. The success of this program opens up opportunities for product innovation development and market expansion, thus providing a broader impact on the community of Desa Bellu.
