Abstract
Analisis ini bertujuan untukmengetahui Isi dan Tabung Alat Pemadam Api Ringan, tersebut melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu Perancangan, Persiapan bahan dan peralatan.Bentuk : silinder Diameter luar badan tabung (OD) : 300 mm +2 mm,Tebal plat : 2.9 mm (+0.08; -0.04) , Tinggi tanpa hand guard dan foot ring (kapsul) : 461 mm +4 mm , Tinggi seluruhnya : 589 mm +5 mm,Volume (isi) : 26.2 liter +3% Berat tabung kosong berikut valve : 15.10 kg +0.5 kg Tekanan pecah : minimal 110 kg/cm2.APAR Jenis Serbuk Kimia atau Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguisher terdiri dari serbuk kering kimia yang merupakan kombinasi dariMono-amoniumdanammonium sulphate. Serbuk kering Kimia yang dikeluarkan akan menyelimuti bahan yang terbakar sehingga memisahkan Oksigen yang merupakan unsur penting terjadinya kebakaran.APAR Jenis Busa ini adalah Jenis APAR yang terdiri dari bahan kimia yang dapat membentuk busa. Busa AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) yang disembur keluar akan menutupi bahan yang terbakar sehingga Oksigen tidak dapat masuk untuk proses kebakaran. This analysis aims to determine the contents and tubes of the fire extinguisher, through several stages, namely the design,preparation of materials and equipment. Shape: cylinder outer diameter of the tube body (OD):300mm + 2mm, plate thickness: 2.9mm (+0.08;-0.04), Height without hand guard and foot ring (capsule): 461mm + 4mm, Overall height: 589mm + 5mm, Volume (contents) : 26.2 liters + 3% Weight of empty tubes and following valves: 15.10 kg + 0.5 kg, Breaking pressure : minimum 110 kg / cm2. APAR type of Chemical Powder or Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguisher consists of chemical dry powder which is a combination of Mono-ammonium and ammonium sulphate.Dry Chemical powder which is released will envelop the burning material so that it seperates oxygen which is an important element of fire. APAR type of Foam this type of APAR consists of chemicals that can form foam. AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) foam sprayed out will cover the burning material so that oxygen can not enter the fire process. Keywords: Content Analysis and Tube of Fire Extinguisher
