Abstract
Pengembangan e-mentoring pada guru madrasah sangat penting karena tanpa adanya sistem pendampingan yang efektif, guru mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas proses pembelajaran, berkurangnya motivasi siswa, serta ketimpangan antara guru. Risiko lainnya termasuk tidak optimalnya diseminasi hasil pelatihan karena keterbatasan waktu, biaya, dan akses geografis, yang berujung pada stagnasi profesionalisme guru. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-mentoring dengan strategi DARP yang layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru madrasah di MIN 15 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) oleh Thiagarajan. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sangat tinggi (96% materi & media, 98% desain pembelajaran), dan uji coba (One to One dan Small Group) mengindikasikan kelayakan tinggi (90% dan 87%). Uji lapangan dengan 24 guru menghasilkan skor kelayakan 89%, dan uji beda Wilcoxon menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan (sig. 0,01 < 0,05). Nilai N-Gain sebesar 75,89% menunjukkan bahwa e-mentoring dengan strategi DARP efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru madrasah secara fleksibel dan berkelanjutan. ***** The development of e-mentoring for madrasah teachers is very important because without an effective mentoring system, teachers experience difficulties in improving their pedagogical competencies. This can lead to low quality learning processes, reduced student motivation, and disparities between teachers. Other risks include suboptimal dissemination of training results due to time, cost, and geographical access limitations, which ultimately lead to stagnation in teacher professionalism. To address these challenges, this study aims to develop e-mentoring using a feasible and effective DARP strategy to enhance the pedagogical competencies of madrasah teachers at MIN 15 Jakarta. The method employed is the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) by Thiagarajan. Expert validation results showed a very high level of feasibility (96% for materials and media, 98% for instructional design), and pilot tests (One-to-One and Small Group) indicated high feasibility (90% and 87%). Field testing with 24 teachers yielded a feasibility score of 89%, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test showed a significant improvement (sig. 0.01 < 0.05). The N-Gain value of 75.89% indicates that e-mentoring with the DARP strategy is effective in enhancing the pedagogical competencies of madrasah teachers in a flexible and sustainable manner.
