Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Panduan Elektronik Program Mentoring Untuk Murabbi yang dapat memfasilitasi para Murabbi agar dapat melaksanakan program mentoring secara sistematis dan sistemik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan berorientasi pada produk yaitu Rowntree yang memiliki 3 tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan penulisan, dan tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan. Hasil pengembangan ini telah melewati tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli (Expert Review) dan pengguna yang merupakan Murabbi mentoring di Organisasi Rohani Islam SMAN 14 Jakarta. Pada tahap expert review diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu ahli media sebesar 3,2 dan ahli materi sebesar 3,3. Pada tahapan uji coba field trial sebesar 2,95. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk ini berkategori baik dapat digunakan oleh Murabbi dalam melakukan kegiatan mentoring. This research aim to produce an Electronic Guidance Mentoring Program for Murabbi that can facilitate the Murabbi to be able to carry out mentoring programs systematically and systemically. This research uses a product-oriented development model namely Rowntree which has 3 stages, namely the planning stage, the preparation phase of writing, and the stage of writing and editing. The results of this development have passed the evaluation stage carried out by experts (Expert Review) and users who are Murabbi mentoring at the Islamic Spiritual Organization of SMAN 14 Jakarta. At the expert review stage, the results of the study were media experts amounted to 3,2 and material experts amounted to 3,3. At the field trials amounted to 2,95. The results of this research showed that this product is good and could be used by Murabbi in carrying out activities mentoring.
