Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fasilitas penyelamatan diri di gedung KH Hasyim Asj'ari, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan langsung, wawancara dan tinjauan dokumen. Penelitian ini mempertimbangkan cara penyelamatan diri di KH. Gedung Hasyim Asj'ari, Universitas Negeri Jakarta berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.26 / PRT / M / 2008 dan Peraturan Daerah DKI Jakarta 08/2008. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sarana melarikan diri di KH. Gedung Hashim Asj'ari, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, kondisi fasilitas sudah sesuai, tetapi sebagian dari kondisi fasilitas tidak berfungsi atau tidak aktif. Maka perlu ada perbaikan, pemeliharaan dan pengadaan sarana melarikan diri di KH. Gedung Hashim Asj'ari, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Kata kunci :Sarana, penyelamatan diri, tanggap darurat, bangunan, evakuasi Abstract Debby Candra Saputra.A Means of Escape as a Fire Emergency Response Effort in the KH.Hasyim Asj'ari Building State University of Jakarta This study aims to determine the condition of self-rescue facilities in the KH Hasyim Asj'ari building, Jakarta State University. This research was conducted by direct field observations, interviews and document review. This study analyzes the means of self-rescue in the KH. Hasyim Asj'ari building, Jakarta State University based on Ministry of Public Works Regulation No.26 / PRT / M / 2008 and DKI Jakarta Regional Regulation 08/2008. The results of this study indicate that the condition of the means of escape in the KH.Hasyim Asj'ari building, Jakarta State University, the condition of the facility is appropriate, but part of the condition of the facility is not functioning or inactive. Then there needs to be repairs, maintenance and procurement of means of escape in the KH.Hasyim Asj'ari building, Jakarta State University.
