Abstract

SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta dihadapkan permasalahan pembelajaran daring yang bergantung dengan platform eksternal Google Classroom dengan risiko keamanan jika berkas tugas siswa tidak disimpan dalam server sekolah sendiri serta tidak mendukung fitur siswa dalam memilih dan bergabung ke kelas dengan tingkat kelas serta jurusan yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang backend Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis web untuk SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta dengan metode scrum. Metode ini digunakan karena penerapan sprint yang memantau pengembangan LMS untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pengembangan LMS. Prosedur pengembangan terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan pengguna, product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, product increment, dan penggunaan LMS oleh pengguna akhir. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur yang untuk menunjang analisis kebutuhan dan tahapan scrum pengembangan LMS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode scrum berhasil menjaga kinerja dan produktivitas pembuatan endpoint fitur-fitur LMS. Pengujian endpoint menggunakan Black Box Testing dan Load Testing. Hasil pengujian black box adalah seluruh endpoint fitur LMS berfungsi baik dan skor memenuhi kriteria feature completeness 100% serta hasil load testing yaitu LMS mampu menangani akses pengguna secara bersamaan. LMS berhasil dikembangkan dengan integrasi backend dan frontend yang baik. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk pengembangan lanjutan seperti penambahan fitur computer-based test (CBT), dukungan perangkat mobile, integrasi notifikasi real-time, serta eksplorasi lebih jauh terkait teknologi backend yang dapat meningkatkan stabilitas dan efisiensi sistem. ************************************************************ SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta is faced with online learning problem that relies on the external Google Classroom platform with security risks if student assignment files are not stored on the school's server and does not support student features in selecting and joining classes with the matching grade level and major. The purpose of this study is to design a backend of web-based Learning Management System (LMS) for SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta using scrum method. This method is used because the implementation of sprints that monitor LMS development to increase LMS development productivity. The development procedure consists of user needs analysis, product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, product increment, and use of LMS by end users. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies to support the needs analysis and scrum stages of LMS development. Results of the study showed that scrum method succeeded in maintaining the performance and productivity of creating LMS feature endpoints. Endpoint testing used Black Box Testing and Load Testing. The results of the black box test were that all LMS feature endpoints functioned well and the score met the 100% feature completeness criteria and the results of load testing were that the LMS was able to handle simultaneous user access. This study suggests further development such as addition of computer-based test (CBT) feature, mobile device support, real-time notification integration, and further exploration of the backend technology that can improve system stability and efficiency.
