Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Service Level Agreement (SLA) terhadap proses pengadaan barang kendaraan di PT Permata Graha Nusantara pada tahun 2024. SLA merupakan perjanjian formal yang mengatur standar layanan, tanggung jawab, dan waktu pelaksanaan dalam pengadaan barang, termasuk kendaraan operasional. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah keterlambatan proses pengadaan kendaraan akibat tidak sesuainya pelaksanaan dengan ketentuan SLA yang telah ditetapkan dalam Prosedur Operasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Internal Nomor PO-009.0.12 Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear sederhana. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 responden yang terdiri dari penyedia barang, serta staf dari departemen Procurement, Transport, dan Commercial. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SLA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses pengadaan kendaraan. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,765 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan penerapan SLA akan meningkatkan efektivitas proses pengadaan sebesar 0,765 satuan. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,585 mengindikasikan bahwa 58,5% variasi dalam proses pengadaan kendaraan dapat dijelaskan oleh SLA, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji-t menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (< 0,05), yang menandakan bahwa pengaruh SLA terhadap proses pengadaan kendaraan adalah signifikan. Dengan demikian, penerapan SLA secara konsisten dan tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, ketepatan waktu, dan kualitas proses pengadaan kendaraan di perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Service Level Agreement, Proses Pengadaan Barang, Pengadaan Kendaraan, SLA, Efisiensi Pengadaan. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) on the vehicle procurement process at PT Permata Graha Nusantara in 2024. SLA is a formal agreement that regulates service standards, responsibilities, and timelines in the procurement of goods, including operational vehicles. The main issue addressed in this research is the delay in the vehicle procurement process due to the implementation not aligning with the provisions of SLA as outlined in the Internal Goods/Services Procurement Operating Procedure Number PO-009.0.12 of 2024. The research method used is quantitative with a simple linear regression approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 35 respondents, consisting of vendors and staff from the Procurement, Transport, and Commercial departments. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results show that the implementation of SLA has a positive and significant effect on the vehicle procurement process. The regression coefficient value of 0.765 indicates that each increase in SLA implementation improves the procurement process effectiveness by 0.765 units. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.585 indicates that 58.5% of the variation in the vehicle procurement process is explained by SLA, while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors. The ttest resulted in a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05), indicating that the effect of SLA on the procurement process is statistically significant. Therefore, consistent and proper implementation of SLA can improve efficiency, timeliness, and quality in the vehicle procurement process within the company.
