Abstract
Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) telah bertransisi menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTN-BH) berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 31 Tahun 2024, yang memberikan otonomi lebih besar dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Sebelumnya, UNJ menggunakan Sistem Administrasi Keuangan (SAKU-UNJ) untuk transaksi pembelian dan Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi (SAKTI) untuk pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, status PTN-BH menuntut sistem mandiri, sehingga SAKU Plus dikembangkan dengan modul persediaan untuk mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) modul persediaan SAKU Plus berbasis website menggunakan metode Five Planes, yang mencakup tahap strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, dan surface. Prototipe high-fidelity dirancang dengan Figma berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna yang diidentifikasi melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan kuesioner. Pengujian usability dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Single Ease Question (SEQ) terhadap 14 responden (operator dan validator). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor SUS rata-rata 83,57 (excellent, grade B, acceptable) dan SEQ rata-rata 6 (operator) serta 8 (validator), mengindikasikan kepuasan dan kemudahan penggunaan yang tinggi. Desain ini mencakup fitur seperti pengelolaan saldo awal, faktur barang, hibah masuk, tutup buku periode, dan pelaporan sehingga mendukung efisiensi pengelolaan aset UNJ sesuai standar PTN-BH. ***** Jakarta State University (UNJ) has transitioned into a Legal Entity State University (PTN-BH) based on Government Regulation Number 31 of 2024, which provides greater autonomy in financial management. Previously, UNJ used the Financial Administration System (SAKU-UNJ) for purchasing transactions and the Agency Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) for financial management. However, PTN-BH status demands an independent system, so SAKU Plus was developed with an inventory module to manage stock items efficiently. This research aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the website-based SAKU Plus inventory module using the Five Planes method, which includes the strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, and surface stages. A high-fidelity prototype was designed with Figma based on user needs identified through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and questionnaires. Usability testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Single Ease Question (SEQ) methods on 14 respondents (operators and validators). The test results showed an average SUS score of 83.57 (excellent, grade B, acceptable) and an average SEQ of 6 (operator) and 8 (validator), indicating high satisfaction and ease of use. The design includes features such as management of opening balances, goods invoices, incoming grants, period book closure, and reporting so as to support the efficiency of UNJ asset management according to PTN-BH standards.
