Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk model gerak dasar skipping berbasis permainan lompat tali karet pada siswa kelas 2 sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran ini di harapkan dapat membantu guru pada saat proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) dan menggunakan metode ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 15 model gerak dasar skipping berbasis permainan tali karet yang mudah dan aman di gunakan serta permainan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar, model ini dinyatakan layak pada tahap validasi oleh para ahli, 3 ahli pembelajaran, dan 3 ahli permainan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 2 sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa adanya peningkatan dengan rata-rata pre test 81,45 dan post test 93,15 di SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun berjumlah 31 siswa dan peningkatan dengan rata rata niali pre test 76,5 dan nilai post test 86 di SD Islam Teladan Pulogadung yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa model gerak dasar skipping berbasis permainan lompat tali karet efektif dan dapat dijadikan acuan atau pedoman bagi guru pendidikan jasmani dalam proses pembelajaran gerak dasar. Kata Kunci : Gerak Dasar Skipping, Permainan Lompat Tali, Model ADDIE, Sekolah Dasar. ***** The purpose of this study is to produce a fundamental skipping movement model based on rubber jump rope games for second grade elementary school students. This instructional model is expected to assist teachers during the physical education learning process. The study employed the Research & Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model. The result of the study is the development of 15 skipping movement models based on rubber rope games that are simple, safe to use, and suitable for the characteristics of elementary school students. This model was validated and deemed appropriate by six experts, consisting of three instructional experts and three game experts. The study was conducted at two elementary schools. The findings show at SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun, with an average pre-test score of 81,45 and a post-test score of 93,15 among 31 students, and at SD Islam Teladan Pulogadung, with an average pre-test score of 76,5 and post-test score of 86 among 25 students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the skipping movement model based on rubber jump rope games is effective and can serve as a reference or guideline for physical education teachers in teaching fundamental motor skills.
