Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah website yang berfungsi sebagai media dokumentasi karya tulis siswa, serta gambar dan video kegiatan literasi yang diselenggarakan sekolah agar dapat diakses oleh pengguna website. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah minimnya media digital yang mampu menyimpan dan menampilkan karya tulis siswa, sehingga penyebaran dan pelestarian karya tulis yang dihasilkan oleh siswa menjadi terbatas. Metode pengembangan sistem website yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall dengan tahapan Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, dan Deployment. Model ini dipilih karena sesuai untuk kebutuhan yang telah ditentukan sejak awal. Perancangan website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript, serta MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa website Pojok Literasi SMKN 17 Jakarta yang menyediakan fitur pengelolaan karya tulis serta dokumentasi kegiatan visual berupa gambar dan video. Selain itu, website juga memungkinkan penghitungan jumlah penayangan dan suka pada setiap karya tulis, sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai respon pengguna terhadap karya tulis yang dipublikasikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box, sistem berjalan sesuai dengan fungsi yang dirancang. Sementara itu, hasil User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan rata-rata nilai sebesar 90,2, yang melebihi ambang batas 68. Dengan demikian, perancangan website ini dinilai cukup efektif dan dapat digunakan sebagai sarana dokumentasi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan literasi di SMKN 17 Jakarta. ***** This study aims to design a website that functions as a medium for documenting students’ written works, as well as images and videos of literacy activities held by the school, to be accessed by website users. The problem addressed in this research is the lack of digital media capable of storing and presenting students’ written works, which limits their dissemination and preservation. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, consisting of the stages Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. This model was chosen because it fits the requirements that had been defined from the beginning. The website was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with MySQL as the database. The result of this research is a website called Pojok Literasi SMKN 17 Jakarta, which provides features for managing students’ written works as well as visual documentation of literacy activities in the form of images and videos. In addition, the website includes a feature to count views and likes for each written work, providing an overview of user responses to the published content. Based on black box testing, the system functions as intended. Meanwhile, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results show an average score of 90.2, which exceeds the threshold of 68. Therefore, the design and development of this website is considered effective and suitable to serve as a digital documentation tool that supports literacy activities at SMKN 17 Jakarta.
