Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh antara model latihan passing satu sentuhan dan model latihan passing dua sentuhan terhadap akurasi lob pass pada anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal SMAN 7 Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah 20 anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal SMAN 7 Bekasi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling, kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok A (n=10) menerima perlakuan model latihan passing satu sentuhan, dan Kelompok B (n=10) menerima perlakuan model latihan passing dua sentuhan selama 16 kali pertemuan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes akurasi lob pass yang diadaptasi dari tes Bobby Charlton. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model latihan passing satu sentuhan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap akurasi lob pass (p > 0,05). (2) Model latihan passing dua sentuhan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap akurasi lob pass (p < 0,05). (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan, di mana model latihan passing dua sentuhan lebih efektif daripada model latihan passing satu sentuhan dalam meningkatkan akurasi lob pass (p < 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa model latihan passing dua sentuhan lebih unggul untuk meningkatkan akurasi lob pass pada pemain futsal tingkat ekstrakurikuler. ***** This study aimed to compare the effects of one-touch passing and two-touch passing training models on the accuracy of the lob pass among members of the SMAN 7 Bekasi futsal extracurricular program. This research employed a quasiexperimental method with a two-group pre test – post-test design. The research sample consisted of 20 members of the SMAN 7 Bekasi futsal extracurricular program, selected using a total sampling technique and subsequently divided into two treatment groups. Group A (n=10) received the one-touch passing training model, while Group B (n=10) received the two-touch passing training model over 16 sessions. The instrument used was a lob pass accuracy test adapted from the Bobby Charlton test. Data analysis was performed using a t-test. The results indicated that: (1) The one-touch passing training model did not have a significant effect on lob pass accuracy (p > 0.05). (2) The two-touch passing training model had a significant effect on lob pass accuracy (p < 0.05). (3) There was a significant difference in effect, where the two-touch passing model was more effective than the one-touch passing model in improving lob pass accuracy (p < 0.05). It is concluded that the two-touch passing training model is superior for enhancing lob pass accuracy in extracurricular-level futsal players.
