Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan isu krusial yang hingga saat ini masih dihadapi oleh berbagai negara di dunia, baik negara maju maupun negara berkembang, tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Berdarkan laporan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), tingkat pengangguran terbuka (TPT) berdasarkan pendidikan menunjukkan bahwa lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki TPT tertinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employability skills dan literasi digital terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei, dimana populasi terdiri dari 179 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 118 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan tabel issac dan michael. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 27 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa temuan signifikan. (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara employability skills terhadap kesiapan kerja. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi digital terhadap kesiapan kerja. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara employability skills dan literasi digital terhadap kesiapan kerja. ***** Unemployment is a crucial issue that is still faced by various countries in the world, both developed and developing countries, including Indonesia. Based on the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) report, the open unemployment rate (TPT) based on education shows that Vocational High School (SMK) graduates have the highest TPT. This study aims to determine the effect of employability skills and digital literacy on the work readiness of public vocational school students in Central Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey method, where the population consists of 179 students and the sample used is 118 students determined using the issac and michael table. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 27 software with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study showed several significant findings. (1) There is a positive and significant influence between employability skills on work readiness. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on digital literacy on work readiness. (3) There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between employability skills and digital literacy on work readiness.
