The research employed a quantitative approach with an online questionnaire as the data collection method. A total of 245 respondents aged 17–42 years residing in DKI Jakarta and not yet active users of Blu by BCA participated in this study. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that perceived risk has a significant negative effect on attitude toward using, while digital financial literacy has a significant positive effect on attitude toward using. Furthermore, attitude toward using positively influences intention to use. Additionally, perceived risk negatively affects intention to use, whereas digital financial literacy has a positive influence on the intention to use Blu by BCA. These findings highlight the importance of improving digital financial literacy and reducing perceived risk to foster positive attitudes and usage intentions toward digital banking applications among younger generations. The implications of this research provide strategic insights for Blu by BCA in developing educational and innovative user engagement strategies.
