Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur keberhasilan aplikasi FamiApps menggunakan model DeLone & McLean, yang terdiri dari enam dimensi utama: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Usage, User Satisfaction, dan Net Benefit. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 400 responden pengguna aktif FamiApps yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan secara signifikan memengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi dan kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, penggunaan aplikasi (system usage) dan kepuasan pengguna terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap manfaat bersih (net benefit) yang dirasakan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan model evaluasi kesuksesan aplikasi retail digital serta implikasi praktis bagi pengelola aplikasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan berbasis teknologi untuk mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen di era digital. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Retail, FamiApps, DeLone & McLean, SmartPLS 4.0, Kepuasan Pengguna, Net Benefit, Jakarta ***** This study aims to evaluate the success of the FamiApps application using the DeLone & McLean model, which consists of six key dimensions: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Usage, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. A quantitative approach was employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 400 active FamiApps users residing in DKI Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality significantly influence application usage and user satisfaction. Furthermore, system usage and user satisfaction have been proven to positively impact the perceived net benefits. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the development of digital retail application success evaluation models, as well as practical implications for application managers in enhancing technology-based service quality to retain customer loyalty in the digital era.
