Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa e-modul materi Lean Construction Management yang dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Manajemen Konstruksi. Penelitian ini juga merupakan bagian dari kerja sama riset antara Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Tahapan diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, dilanjutkan dengan perancangan dan pengembangan e-modul berbasis digital. Setelah itu, dilakukan validasi kelayakan produk oleh ahli materi, media, dan pengguna. Tahap akhir berupa uji coba terbatas untuk mengukur efektivitas produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul ini sangat layak digunakan. Berdasarkan presentase uji validasi sebesar 79,5% oleh ahli materi, 83,5% oleh ahli media, dan 87,8% oleh pengguna. Uji coba terbatas juga menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dengan gain score 0,802 (kategori tinggi). E-modul ini menghadirkan inovasi melalui integrasi konten industri terkini, visual interaktif, dan penyesuaian kebutuhan dunia kerja. Sehingga, menjadi media pembelajaran yang relevan dan aplikatif dalam menghadapi tantangan industri konstruksi modern. ***** This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of an e-module on Lean Construction Management that students in the Construction Management course can use. This research is also part of a research collaboration between the State University of Jakarta and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model approach (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research steps began with a needs analysis and then continues with the design of an e-module. After that, product feasibility validation is carried out by experts and users. The final step is a limited trial to measure the effectiveness of the product. The results of the research show that the Lean Construction Management e-module is classified as very feasible based on the percentage of validation tests of 79.5% by material experts, 83.5% by media experts, and 87.8% by users. The limited trial also showed an increase in learning outcomes with a gain score of 0.802 (high category). This e-module introduces innovation through the integration of up-to-date industry content, interactive visuals, and alignment with workplace demands. As a result, it serves as a relevant and applicable learning medium for addressing the challenges of the modern construction industry.
